In addition to daily incoming inspection of foam density and compression at each location, our Corporate Quality Assurance Lab records required supplier test data and certifications and performs daily verification tests for various foam physical properties including: support factor, compression set, flammability, air flow, dynamic fatigue testing, as well as density and IFD compression. All testing is performed in accordance with ASTM standards.
