Our Elkhart facility provides foam fabrication services to customers all over the Midwest and beyond for various market segments including: residential and commercial furniture, bedding, marine seating, packaging and other specific markets. 

With a three-buiding campus totaling over 100,000 square feet, the facility has extensive cutting capabilities including: horizontal and vertical CNC contour cutting, automatic vertical slitting, convolute cutting, die cutting, blown fiber filling, nonwoven cover sewing and adhesive lamination - as well as all conventional cutting capabilities.
