Comfort has become a science for us, and we are determined to be certain that this comfort expertise is clearly evident in every product we produce. This science focuses on the development of cushioning products that provide consistent surface softness in combination with durable base support. We design our cushioning products to “cradle” your sitting or sleeping experience on the surface, but not let you “bottom out” or “sit through” the thickness of the cushion.
In order to achieve this soft surface/base support comfort matrix, we rely on our extensive knowledge of foam properties, in combination with continuing performance testing in our Quality Assurance Lab. 3. FULLY EQUIPPED FOAM QUALITY ASSURANCE LAB FOR DAILY FOAM TESTING
In order to assure long lasting comfort, physical properties of cushioning components must be understood and tested on a regular basis. Our Quality Assurance Lab performs numerous performance tests on our cushioning products including; foam density, foam compression, support factor, compression set, dynamic fatigue, air flow and pressure mapping.
